The above rates are subject to applicable room tax and tourism fee, which are currently at 14% and 0.065% per room, per night, respectively and are subject to change without notice. Each room can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 persons only. Rollaway beds at $15.00 per day can only be added to King Bedded rooms. Cribs are provided complimentary, based upon availability.

PARKING
Self parking is complimentary and valet parking is $10.00 per day.

RESERVATIONS PROCEDURES
Reservations are to be made by calling the toll-free number at (888) 890-9888 or direct to Inhouse Reservations at (310) 521-8021. This number comes directly to the reservation department at the hotel and is available 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday. To obtain availability from this room block, please refer to the ENDURO EVENT when making your reservations.

RESERVATION CUT-OFF DATE
The Crowne Plaza Los Angeles Harbor Hotel will hold the block of sleeping rooms noted above until Wednesday, June 18, 2008. At that time, rooms not covered by the rooming list or individual reservations will automatically be released for general sale. Reservations will continue to be accepted from Enduro Event participants after this date based on room and rate availability.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE
All Guests will be responsible for their own charges of room, tax and incidentals and any loss or damage caused to Hotel property.

CANCELLATION OF INDIVIDUAL ROOMS
Each individual room reservation has to be guaranteed by individual credit cards and has a cancellation policy of 4pm Pacific Standard Time 24 HOURS to the day of arrival without penalty, if a cancellation number is obtained. Any no-show will incur a charge of one night's room and tax.

DEPOSIT POLICY
A cash deposit or credit card imprint is required for access to phones and other Inhouse Services. Personal checks (please allow 2 weeks for the check to clear), money order or a valid American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Card, Carte Blanche or JCB is acceptable.
